Our tuition & enrollment fees go directly towards covering the cost of school resources, learning equipment, staff and facilities.
All fees must be settled 48 hours in advance of your child starting school.
We send invoices two weeks prior to their due date listed on the school year calendar. Invoices are posted on individual parent accounts with ClassDojo and sent home in your child’s backpack. We ask parents to please respect the payment deadlines listed on the calendar. A penalty fee will be charged after the first late payment and continual late payments may lead to enrollment being suspended.
Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable. We consider all refund requests and will help refund your annual payment provided 1 term notice is given in advance.
The school reserves the right to terminate an enrollment if a child or child’s family member is in direct violation of school policies and/or is deemed a threat to students and staff. Immediate termination of enrollment is non-refundable.
No discounts or refunds are given for holidays, semester or term breaks. Refunds are applicable only if a child has been absent from school for one full term.
